At Set In Stone Jewelry LLC, every piece of jewelry is thoughtfully designed and expertly crafted using ethically sourced, lab-grown diamonds and gemstones. Because each piece is made to order or customized specifically for you, our policy strictly reflects the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship.

Please review our policy below before placing your order.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom-designed, made-to-order, personalized, or custom-engraved items are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Bespoke designs created from scratch or modified from standard settings.
  • Items with custom hand or laser engravings.
  • Made-to-order rings crafted to specific size specifications.

Once production on your item has begun, no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or modifications are accepted under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement by contacting us at info@setinstonejewelry.co.
  • After Production Begins: Once an order enters production (typically 24 hours after confirmation), cancellations are no longer permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship, and every item undergoes strict quality control before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@setinstonejewelry.co.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item so we can repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

4. Ring Resizing & Alterations

  • Complimentary Resizing: We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of delivery for eligible standard ring styles (up to +/- 1 full size).
  • Non-Resizable Styles: Eternity bands, tension settings, or complex custom bands cannot be resized.
  • Third-Party Alterations: Having your piece resized, altered, or repaired by a third-party jeweler voids all warranties and renders the item ineligible for complimentary resizing or repairs.
